Our Foundation
GMG Brokers was established in the Dubai International Financial Centre with a clear mandate: to provide institutional clients in the Middle East and beyond with access to world-class inter-dealer brokerage services. Regulated from day one by the Dubai Financial Services Authority, we built our reputation on the cornerstones of regulatory integrity, market expertise, and client service.
Global Expansion
As our client base and product capabilities grew, so did our footprint. The establishment of GMG Brokers Ltd in London under FCA authorisation extended our reach into European fixed income and derivatives markets. Following Brexit, we established GMG Europe B.V. in Amsterdam — a fully licensed entity under the AFM, ensuring continuity of EU-regulated services for our continental European clients. Our expansion into sub-Saharan Africa through GMG Africa (Pty) Ltd in Johannesburg completes a network that spans three continents.
