Founder of Virtuzone in 2009, he also launched Virtugroup, the holding company under which he sits as Chairman of several enterprising businesses throughout the UAE, including GMG.

Marco holds an MBA in Finance from IEMI, Genève. He spent 14 years at ICAP in London and New York, heading the French Franc IRS Desk, then Co-Head of the Euro Desk, and later the Equity Derivatives team. In 2007 he opened Newedge in Dubai, before co-founding GMG with a group of experienced professionals.

Mohamed graduated from Paris 10 University with a degree in Banking & Insurance. He began his career as a Supervisor on the MATIF Market at Liaud-Securite Future S.A., then joined MF Global and Rothschild & Cie Banque in Paris. Mohamed joined GMG at its inception in 2009 and oversees the operational infrastructure across all jurisdictions.

Appointed Director of GMG Brokers Ltd in 2020, Jasmine oversees the London entity and covers Compliance and MLRO. With over 25 years in banking, she started as a Rates trader at Bank of America Milan, then Head of the Lira Rates Desk at Prebon Yamane, before joining ICAP. She holds a BA in Economics and Marketing from John Cabot University and is fluent in 5 languages.

Lakshmi leads the Group's legal, regulatory, and corporate governance strategy across Dubai, London, and Amsterdam. With over 22 years of experience across DIFC, UAE, and Indian jurisdictions, she is a qualified lawyer since 1999 and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.). She advises GMG's Board and Executive Committee on legal, regulatory, and governance matters.

Thando leads GMG Africa's office in Johannesburg. With over 15 years in banking, he specializes in market making for rand-denominated products across fixed income, interest rates, and FX. He has held senior positions at leading international and South African banks, most recently at Goldman Sachs. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of the Witwatersrand.
